All support is valuable to us and helps to improve the lives of children and families around the world, however, it is important for us to express our special gratitude and appreciation for unsually large donations.

We also know from experience that the decision to make a large donation is often preceded by a lengthy decision-making process. We offer to advise, accompany and support you personally on this path.

Can I have a say in what my large donation is used for?

Would you like your donation to be used on a specific continent, in a specific country, for a specific topic or for a specific SOS Children's Village? This is possible in most cases.

Please contact us so that we can confirm your wishes and ideas for a so-called earmarked donation. Although you may request how your donation is allocated, we are also very happy if you entrust us with your large donation without a specific purpose so that we can use it where the need is greatest and support is needed most urgently.

Do I need to seek advice for a large donation?
